In addition to our counselor, Arizona has many community resources. Below are numbers and links to community resources that may be of help to you.
- Teen Lifeline – If you feel like giving up, please don’t! There is help, and there is hope. Call Teen Lifeline at 602-248-8336 24/7 or text the same number between 3:00 to 9:00 p.m.
- Crisis Text Line – In a crisis? Text HOME to 741741 to connect with a crisis counselor.
- National Suicide Prevention Lifeline – The lifeline provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention, and crisis resources for you or your loved ones. Call 800-273-8255.
- The Trevor Project-Saving Young LGBTQ Lives – A national 24-hour, toll free confidential suicide hotline for LGBTQ young people, under 25. Call 866-488-7386.
- Crisis Response Network – When life is overwhelming, if someone is worried about a loved one, or if someone just needs a caring person to list, Crisis Response Network provides immediate and confidential help. Crisis Line: 602-222-9444.
- Terros Health Mobile Crisis – Terros Health Mobile Crisis provides assessment, intervention, and connection to ongoing care resources. Call 602-222-9444.
- La Frontera Impact Suicide Prevention Center – Offers comprehensive crisis and community
behavioral health services to students, adults, and families. Crisis Hotline: 480-784-1500.
