CAVIT Reverse Job Fair Boosts Student Confidence with Interviews

Central Arizona Valley Institute of Technology offered students an opportunity to hone their job interviewing skills with various activities.

A reverse job fair ended the series of activities from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. on April 30 and featured more than 20 participating businesses and about 10 CAVIT students. It was a voluntary event that was not graded.

School counselor Jenny Davis-Tindall said the students engaged in a five-months-long process, working toward the actual reverse job fair day.
